Product features

Strong endurance to external stress such as shock, vibration, flexing due to rubber(EPDM) material. Excellent watertightness prevents leakage of waste water. Excellent wear resistance, chemical resistance, and tensile strength. Good compatibility for main sewer sizes. Inserted from outside the sewer pipe and easy to install for excellent constructability. Uses band including screw, and STS304 for strong corrosion resistance.

Construction method

  • Construction method

    1. Drill

    Mark the location of the side pipe to branch with the sewer main pipe, and drill vertically using the drill.

  • Construction method

    2. Insert

    Fold and insert the pipe line in the drilled hole, and place the buffer in the direction that the sewage flows (mark location on the upper band of the pipe line). Push upwards and adhere the surge prevention ring along the outside curved surface of the sewer pipe.

    3. Apply cock and sealant

    Wipe the drilled main pipe clean, and apply sealant or cock on the watertight part of the pipe line.

    Connect side pipe and tighten the surge prevention ring and connection pipe.

Cautions for installation

  • Cautions for installation

    1.Drilling the sewer pipe

    - When drilling the sewer pipe, drill towards the center of the drain pipe as shown in the left figure.
    - If the drill misses the center of the sewer pipe as shown in the right figure, the pipe line does not adhere precisely to the internal curved surface.

    - When installing pipe line, install towards the direction of sewage flow

    3. Depth of connection pipe insertion

    - When installing pipe line, push the connection pipe until the end as shown in the left figure in order to prevent the connection pipe breaking away due to earth pressure.
